American Innovations Announces New President of
Integrity Management Division
Mike Gloven to Remain with IMD for
Extended Transition
AUSTIN, TX – April 9, 2007: American Innovations, Ltd., a leading provider of technology for the oil and gas industry, announced that Jennie Hoff has become President of its Integrity Management Division (IMD).
Ms. Hoff most recently served as Chief Operating Officer
of Austin-based Troux Technologies, Inc. where she managed over 75
employees, both domestic and international. Ms. Hoff began at Troux
as VP of Engineering & Technical Services where she directed the on-time
delivery of their 24 products and turned the services organization
from loss to profit within two quarters. She has 25 years of management
experience with emphasis in technology-based services organizations.
Ms. Hoff is taking over as President from Mike Gloven, who will remain
with IMD for an extended transition period.
"I am committed to staying with IMD as long as
needed to effect a smooth transition," explained Gloven, who founded
IMD over 10 years ago as Trigon Software."I've devoted a lot of myself
to seeing the business grow over the last decade and I will do whatever
I can to help ensure its continued success for clients and employees
alike." Having served in the integrity industry for many years, Mr.
Gloven has recently decided to explore a career change. The extended
transition period at IMD will allow him time to develop his new career
while affording Ms. Hoff and IMD the time needed to prepare for his
departure.
"I am very sorry that Mike has decided to leave,
but at the same time, I am excited for him as he considers new career
challenges", said Rich Smalling, President of American Innovations.
"I am also pleased to have quickly found an experienced leader of Jennie's
quality to help IMD through this time." The transition period is
as yet undetermined, but is expected to be at least three months given
Mike's experience
and history with the business.
